Our portable mobile dental unit can be set up anywhere with available electrical power. Most appointments take approximately 45 to 90 minutes, depending on the patient’s needs and the type of care provided. We use portable dental equipment and a digital X-ray system that allows our dentists to view images immediately and make accurate diagnoses on-site. Every visit is designed around the patient’s mobility, comfort, medical needs, and care environment.

Dr. Mandel received her BA in liberal arts from the College of Mount Saint Vincent. She then worked as a research study assistant in the innovative breast cancer research division at Memorial Sloan Kettering in NYC. She graduated with a degree in Dentistry from Nova Southeastern University School of Dental Medicine in 2013. Her desire to increase her knowledge of medically compromised patients, surgery and general dentistry led her to the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. There she completed her general practice residency while also assisting with local elderly residents’ care. Dr. Mandel has spent the majority of her professional career practicing in home dentistry- treating the elderly and immobile, bringing patience, warmth and compassion to each and every visit, while putting her patients and their families at ease.
Dr. Eloustaz earned his Bachelor of Arts in Molecular Biology from the University of California, Merced. He then went on to attend the Touro College of Dental Medicine at New York Medical College. He completed a clinical rotation at the Westchester Institute for Human Development (WIHD), where he provided care to medically compromised and developmentally disabled individuals. This experience deepened his dedication to serving underserved populations and addressing disparities in access to dental care. Dr. Eloustaz is devoted to delivering compassionate, high-quality treatment to every patient, ensuring they are treated with dignity, empathy, and respect.
Dr. Truong’s passion for dentistry began in her teenage years, after undergoing extensive dental work and discovering dentistry combines the two things she enjoys most—art and helping others. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from UCLA, then went on to receive her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Roseman University of Health Sciences in Utah. As a dental student, she distinguished herself by being inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society and receiving awards in advocacy, clinical excellence, and community service. Since graduating, Dr. Truong has gained a multitude of experience in mobile dentistry and serving those in assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care facilities. Dr. Truong is dedicated to bringing her compassionate, patient, and gentle care to patients where they are most comfortable, ensuring their oral health contributes positively to their overall quality of life.
Dr. Justina Esuola earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology with a minor in Women & Gender Studies from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. She then went on to attend the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree. She then completed additional training at UCLA and Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center, completing a hospital-based General Practice Residency Program. In the program she provided care to medically complex patients both in the clinical and hospital setting, working with individuals with special needs, patients undergoing organ transplants and head & neck cancer patients. Dr. Esuola’s passion for dentistry started early in life, where she had the opportunity to participate in medical and dental missions both domestically and internationally with her Mother, Anu Esuola, DDS. These experiences shaped her commitment to serving underserved and underrepresented communities. Dr. Esuola is dedicated to providing gentle, compassionate, and comprehensive care to all her patients.
